For all Fast Track, Meet & Greet, and other airport assistance services provided by Viet Vision Fast Track, bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
A 100% payment is required to confirm the service booking. The remaining balance must be fully settled upon receipt of the Confirmation Invoice and Service Voucher issued by our sales team.
If payment is not received within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
Receipt of deposit or full payment indicates that the customer (and travel agent, if applicable) has read, understood, and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
Notes:
Full settlement should be received no later than 30 working days prior to the passenger’s arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment must be completed immediately upon confirmation.

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before the departure date or immediately after booking within 7 days of departure.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided within 14 hours after successful payment. Room reservation will be completed upon receiving the confirmation email.

Once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, the price of the confirmed service will not be subject to additional surcharges, except in cases where mandatory charges are introduced by government authorities, airport operators, or other regulatory bodies.
Exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the confirmed service price.
