These Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as your use of this website and any materials downloaded from it, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
“Airside/Landside Lounge” means:
a) Airside Lounge refers to the lounge located within the restricted area of the airport. Departing passengers must complete immigration and customs procedures before accessing the Airside Lounge. A valid boarding pass for the onward flight is required. The same requirement applies to transit passengers.
b) Landside Lounge refers to the lounge located in the public or non-restricted area of the airport. Arriving passengers may access the Landside Lounge after completing immigration, baggage claim, and customs procedures. Passengers who need to remain at the airport due to early hotel check-out, delayed flights, or other reasons may stay in the Landside Lounge before their departure.
“Lounge Facilities” means the provision of waiting areas within Airside or Landside airport areas that include seating and refreshment facilities. Depending on the location, facilities may include:
a) Hot shower facilities with amenities
b) Food and beverage services
c) Computer access to the Internet
d) DVD/VCD movie viewing (available at selected locations only)
e) A selection of local and international magazines and newspapers
f) Power outlets and internet connections for travelers using laptops
g) Charging facilities for mobile phones and laptops
h) Telephone access for local calls
i) Flight information displays
“Customer” means any individual, organization, or company booking the use of Lounge Facilities.
“Airport” refers to the airport from which the Customer departs or travels.
“Charges” refers to the fees paid by the Customer for using the Lounge Facilities according to the applicable pricing structure, which may be updated from time to time.
Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these conditions.
Words in singular form include the plural and vice versa. References to gender include all genders, and references to legal persons include natural persons and vice versa.
Lounge Facilities are provided by Viet Vision Fast Track subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Customer confirms acceptance of these conditions when booking the Lounge Facilities and paying the applicable Charges.
No representative, employee, agent, or salesperson of Viet Vision Fast Track is authorized to modify, waive, or amend these terms unless expressly approved by the company.
Transit passengers wishing to access the lounge must hold a valid onward boarding pass. Please contact your airline directly for details on obtaining a boarding pass for connecting or transit flights.
Full payment must be completed at the time of booking. A booking will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
If a passenger does not receive a confirmation email, Viet Vision Fast Track will not guarantee service availability upon arrival. Passengers arriving without a confirmation letter will be considered walk-in customers, and services will be subject to availability.
Charges for Lounge Facilities will be those listed in Viet Vision Fast Track’s service menu at the time the booking is made.
Customers must complete payment for Lounge Facilities during the booking process using PayPal or a valid debit or credit card accepted through the online booking system.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are not entitled to discounts.
Customers are not permitted to remove food or beverages from the lounge and must only consume food and beverages provided within the lounge facilities.
Customers must comply with all no-smoking policies applicable within the lounge.
For group bookings (10 or more persons or 5 or more rooms), customers must provide at least 72 hours’ written notice for cancellation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours before the reserved service date. All refunds or changes for confirmed group bookings will incur an administration fee of at least $10 per person.
For Private Resting Area, Transit Hotel Room, or Aerotel Room services, customers must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time will not be refunded. Any refund or change will incur an administration fee of $10 per person or 25% of the total booking value, whichever is higher.
For all other bookings, cancellations made within 6 hours of the reserved time will incur a cancellation fee of $10 per person. No-shows or cancellations made less than 6 hours before the booking time are non-refundable.
a) damages exceed the liability limits described in clause 9.3;
b) damages arise directly or indirectly from the Customer’s actions, misconduct, or negligence.
Viet Vision Fast Track shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer if the provision of lounge services is prevented, delayed, or disrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of Viet Vision Fast Track.
Any rights or remedies provided under these conditions are cumulative and do not exclude rights provided by law. Failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Any amendment or modification to these conditions will only be valid if made in writing and officially issued by Viet Vision Fast Track.
“Order Form” means a booking form that must be completed by the guest with all relevant information relating to the requested service.
“Service Order” means the services to be carried out based on the details provided by the guest in the completed Order Form.
Once an Order Form is submitted, full payment together with any applicable local taxes and fees on the total order value must be made before the booking can proceed.
Guest information will be collected and retained at the time of booking. By making a booking, each guest agrees to the use of such information, including but not limited to name, passport information, and travel details, for the purpose of enabling Viet Vision Fast Track (“the Service Provider”) to deliver the requested services.
Children aged two (2) years old or above will be charged at the full applicable rate.
Unaccompanied minors policy:
a) Dallas Fort-Worth: Guests aged seventeen (17) years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) years or above.
b) All other locations: Guests aged twelve (12) years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged eighteen (18) years or above.
Any Service Order submitted less than forty-eight (48) hours before the requested service time will be subject to availability, final confirmation by Viet Vision Fast Track, and may also incur an additional surcharge.
If any information provided at the time of booking is inaccurate or incomplete, Viet Vision Fast Track reserves the right to refuse or decline the requested services. The contact number of the guest, local driver, or receiving party must be supplied in advance. Viet Vision Fast Track shall not be responsible for incomplete fulfillment of services where the provided contact number(s) cannot be reached.
For porter services, each baggage item must not exceed dimensions of 90 x 75 x 43 cm, with an individual weight limit of 23 kg and a combined total weight of up to 40 kg. For the USA, the maximum baggage size is 35.5″ x 29.5″ x 16″, with a weight limit of 70 lbs. Due to health and safety requirements, items weighing more than 70 lbs may not be accepted. Oversized and/or overweight baggage may be subject to an additional surcharge, together with any relevant local fees and/or taxes. The following conditions apply to baggage:
a) The baggage dimensions and weight limits provided by Viet Vision Fast Track, including those relating to animal carriers, represent the maximum limits accepted by Viet Vision Fast Track. However, Viet Vision Fast Track does not guarantee that the same limits will be accepted by any airline. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that baggage complies with the specific size and weight requirements of the relevant airline. Guests are advised to check directly with their airline to avoid inconvenience during travel.
b) Viet Vision Fast Track shall not be liable for any items removed from baggage by airport security staff, other relevant authorities, or due to an airline’s refusal to carry baggage for any reason.
c) While Viet Vision Fast Track will make reasonable efforts to handle baggage with due care, it shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss of, or damage to, baggage arising from or connected with the use of its services.
All services are subject to availability. Viet Vision Fast Track reserves the right to review and determine whether to accept each Order Form.
a) Toronto — Expedited service is not permitted by the Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA).
b) John F. Kennedy Airport — There is no Priority Lane at U.S. Customs. Once inside the airport premises, the Company operates under the laws and jurisdiction of the United States of America. Each guest must comply with the rules and regulations of JFK International Airport and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Viet Vision Fast Track shall not be liable or responsible in any way for a guest’s actions or documentation where the guest is in breach of applicable rules or regulations. Carrying prohibited items may delay travel, and guests should consult the official website of the Department of Homeland Security for the list of prohibited items.
c) Viet Vision Fast Track is not a licensed wheelchair service provider. Guests requiring wheelchair assistance should contact their airline directly.
Meeting and Waiting Time
a) For arrival services, a guest will be treated as a no-show if they fail to respond to the welcome placard after all passengers from the same flight have fully disembarked.
b) For departure services, a guest will be treated as a no-show if they do not arrive at the agreed meeting point within 30 minutes of the agreed arrival time.
c) In the event of a no-show, the full order amount remains payable and is non-refundable.
Viet Vision Fast Track reserves the right to charge an additional fifty (50) percent of the full order amount where flight delays exceed two (2) hours from the scheduled time of arrival or departure (STA/STD). A further surcharge may also apply for every additional two (2) hours thereafter.
For any questions regarding entry requirements, visa regulations, or customs rules, guests should contact the relevant government authorities directly for accurate and complete information.
Service Order Completion Time
a) Each Service Order will normally be completed within three (3) hours for a departure flight, two (2) hours for an arrival flight, and four (4) hours for a transit flight, unless otherwise determined by Viet Vision Fast Track under a specific service package.
b) Any extension of service time caused by the guest’s own circumstances, including but not limited to visa issues at immigration, customs clearance delays, or lost baggage, may be subject to a surcharge of an additional fifty (50) percent of the full order amount and will remain subject to availability.
All surcharges must be paid on the date the service is provided. If the actual number of guests exceeds the number originally booked, any additional guest receiving assistance or services on site will be subject to extra charges.
Viet Vision Fast Track shall not, under any circumstances, be liable or responsible for a guest’s conduct or documentation where the guest is in breach of applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you and Viet Vision Fast Track. By accessing and/or using the website, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. The Company may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially affect your rights and obligations.
